Terms of Service
1. What FactoryStream is
FactoryStream is software for running factory operations — purchase orders, approved rates, goods receipt, production, vehicles and dispatch, history and an audit trail. You use it through a workspace that belongs to your company.
2. Creating a workspace
Anyone may apply for a workspace. An application is reviewed by the FactoryStream team before the workspace opens, and we may contact you using the details you provided to understand your business. We may decline an application. We do not commit to a fixed review time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping your password private, and for what the users you invite do in your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.
4. Your data belongs to you
The records you enter — companies, purchase orders, rates, goods receipts, production, vehicles, dispatch and the audit trail — are yours. FactoryStream stores and processes them so the product can work for you. We do not sell them, and we do not use one customer's operational data to serve another. Your workspace is isolated from every other workspace.
5. Records are kept, not quietly deleted
FactoryStream does not automatically delete your business records by age, on a schedule, or as part of any background cleanup. Temporary working files — an abandoned upload or a preview that was never confirmed — may be cleared, but permanent operational records are not.
6. Acceptable use
Use FactoryStream for your own business operations. Do not attempt to reach another customer's workspace, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to break the law.
7. Availability
We work to keep FactoryStream available and to fix problems promptly, but the service is provided as it is. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime percentage or a service credit scheme, and nothing on this page should be read as one. If that changes, this section will say so explicitly.
8. Fees
Any commercial terms — what a workspace costs, what a plan includes, and when payment is due — are whatever we have agreed with you in writing. This page does not set prices.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using FactoryStream at any time and ask us for a copy of your data. We may suspend or close a workspace for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where we are required to. We will tell you why.
10. Changes to these terms
If we revise these terms we will publish the new version here with a new version date. Your recorded acceptance always names the version you accepted.
